We have put together a little FAQ for you as well as a contact form for scheduling inquiries. Groupon/Living Social deals are for new clients ONLY, they may not be used by past or existing clients. It may not be combined with any other offers.
How do I redeem my Groupon and schedule my session? If you purchased your Groupon/Living Social directly through us you’re already set. If you purchased through the Groupon/Living Social site please contact us through our online form to schedule your session. Please note: when you purchase directly through Groupon/Living Social we are not provided with your contact information and are unable to schedule your session until we are contacted.
How soon should I schedule my session? We recommend scheduling your session 2-6 weeks in advance to assure availability. Some weeks have more availability than others depending on our schedule and holidays.
What does the Groupon/Living Social Deal include? The portrait session deal includes: 1) A consultation to discuss your session, ideas, discuss products and to sign your agreement. 2) A 1-hour photography session for 1 person/per household. 3) Viewing and ordering session where you will view your final images and be able to place an order for prints and products. The engagement session deal includes: 1) A consultation to discuss your session, ideas, discuss products and to sign your agreement. 2) A 90-minute photography session. 3) Viewing and ordering session where you will view your final images and be able to place an order for prints and products.
Can I add additional time and person(s) to my Groupon/Living Social deal? Yes. Additional person(s) may be added for a fee of $20/pp. Additional 60 minutes may be purchased for $100.
Can I buy a Groupon/Living Social Deal as a gift for family or friends? Yes, you can buy multiples to give as gifts. However, they cannot reside in the same household or use more than 1.
What days do sessions take place and are weekend dates available? Sessions take place Monday -Thursday, however, some weekend dates are available. Weekend availability is very limited and require an additional fee of $25.
What type of sessions is this Groupon/Living Social Deal good for? The portrait option may used towards a Boudoir, Pinup or Maternity session. The Engagement option is for a 90-minute engagement session only. *** You many not substitute the portrait option for the engagement option. Sessions purchased under the portrait option found to be engagement or wedding clients will not be honored. You will be billed the difference and/or face forfeiture of your voucher. ***
Can I use this Groupon/Living Social Deal for my wedding photography? Weddings are not something we cover with the Groupon/Living Social Deal. However, the purchase price ($100) of the Groupon/Living Social voucher may be applied towards one of our wedding package as an upgrade.
What locations do you shoot at? Most of our sessions are on-location which can include your home, a park and most publicly accessible locations. Currently the Groupon/Living Social deal is only available in the South Florida area. Should the desired location require a permit or a fee to photograph in then the client would be responsible for paying those applicable fees.
Can my session be held at a hotel or similar location? Hotel sessions are available for an extra fee.
Will you travel for my session? The Groupon/Living Social Deal covers travel 10 miles from zipcode 33134. Anything further travel than that will be billed at $1/mile roundtrip.
Do you provide hair and makeup? Yes. Hair & Makeup services may be purchased at an additional fee.
Can my session be at more than one location? Due to time constraints (unless extra time is purchased) we cannot shoot your session at multiple locations.
Do you allow for outfit changes? Again, due to time constraints, outfit changes are not allowed for these sessions. Additional time may be purchased if you’d like to have different looks for your session.
Are there any prints included with the Groupon/Living Social Deal? Due to the highly discounted rate of the Groupon/Living Social deal prints and products are not included.
How many final images will I get from my session? You can expect to view anywhere from 20-40 final images during your viewing/ordering session.
How long after my session can I order prints? Once your session is completed we will schedule a viewing/ordering session. Usually within 7-14 days after your session. At this appointment you will be able to order prints and products.
Do I have to purchase any prints or products? Of course not, you are under no obligation to purchase any prints or products.
Do you offer digital images for purchase? We provide a web-sized digital image for online sharing with every print purchase. These are perfect for online and social media sharing with friends and family. They are not meant for printing and do not include a print release.
How soon will I receive my prints once I have placed my order? Final prints and products will be available approximately 4-6 weeks after your order is placed. Depending on the time of year and if you order specialty items this timeframe may be longer. We will contact you when your prints are available. Rush processing is available at a nominal fee depending on your order size.
Where can I pick up my order? Digital images are delivered via online gallery and prints are delivered or mailed (additional fees will be incurred to cover shipping costs).
What is your cancellation policy? If you need to cancel or reschedule your photo session for any reason, please give us at least 72 hours notice. If you fail to do so, your Groupon/Living Social value will be used to cover our cancellation fee and you will not be rescheduled.. We understand things come up and we will work with you if we are given proper notice. Rescheduling fee of $25 is applicable. Only one cancellation and/or reschedule is permitted. Remember there are lots of others who would love your space, so do not commit to a time or date unless you are 100% committed to it. Reschedules due to weather do not count toward this policy.
